Near Leith on Georgian Bay
Phase 1 - new roof installed
Phase 2 - new windows installed
Phase 3 - exterior re-insulated, sealed with Typar and re-sided
In the middle of Phase 3 Hurricane Sandy made her presence felt and took out 6 trees, 2 of them were really large and required professional tree removal
Phase 4 & 5 - Change over from private well to municipal water, and a new 200 amp underground electrical service at the same time.
Phase 6 - Renovate all of the 1st floor interior (2nd floor done 10 years ago) including all new wiring and HVAC system. The sun room was done in the fall, all furniture is moved in there and the rest is underway

Phase 7 - Spring of 2013 - new deck on waterfront side of house
Phase 8 ........ the unexpected - 10.3 acres across the road - timing & location are everything!
